The industry of Smart Phone Applications from the MENA region is taking shape

Apps Arabia has developed an I Phone application called Kalimat which is very similar to Scrable. The I-Phone game can be played in English and Arabic. The project was funded by twofour 54.
The Application is due to hit the iTunes App Store nexth month and will cost 1,99 USD. Piranha Bytes, a software company based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, programmed the application.
They hope to sell 50 000 copies over the next six months to help recoup the fund’s investment and generate a revenue stream for the developer.
