GLOBAL PETROLEUM SHOW (GPS) is one of the largest energy exhibitions since 1968. GPS unites 60,000 international leaders, engineers, industry professionals, field operators visiting from 95 different countries, and 2,000 service and supply exhibiting companies. With 700 exhibitors and 20 000 visitors, the Gas & Oil Exposition (GO Expo) is one of the 5 biggest events in the calendar of the North American energy sector. The 2009 edition of the show saw the participation of 12 French companies under the umbrella of the French Trade Commission (Ubifrance) in Canada. Other than the presence at the 55 m2 pavilion, participants also benefited from a program of B2B meetings organised by the French Trade Commission and attended a day-long series of seminars presented by several important sector players such as Total and Technip.
