Domaine de l’Amandine, is situated at the very heart of the Côtes du Rhône Meridional overlooked by the picturesque village of Séguret and flanked by the well known vineyards of Gigondas and Rasteau .This traditional but dynamic enterprise with 45 ha of vines in production, now with its third generation of family winemakers is managed by JP Verdeau and his wife Maryse.
Vinification methods are a well tried combination of the best traditions and modern technology, with 30% of the crop being de-stalked prior to maceration which last for 6 days for the Vins de Pays and up to 25 days for the Seguret village.
