Thursday the 19th of May, at the invitation of the Ambassador of France Ms. Emmanuelle D’Achon, Ubifrance Dublin organised a workshop for its Graduates programme V.I.E. in the prestigious surroundings of the residence of France (see artist impression!). This workshop was an opportunity to exchange experiences between the V.I.E.’s, the ambassador and the heads of departments of the embassy. It was followed by a networking cocktail with directors of French subsidiaries.  

The French Trade Commission Ubifrance, part of the French Embassy in Ireland is recruiting an Accounts and HR Manager for a 6-9mth maternity cover contract. The key responsibilities involve managing the operating budget and monthly reporting as well as the  business relations with suppliers, recruitment and induction procedures, all other aspects of HR including payroll, all administrative tasks relating to the French Internship Programme, organising meetings and promoting the programme to French subsidiaries and affiliates companies in Ireland. The successful candidate will have fluent French and English (spoken and written), third level education, have excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive and a multitasker, be prepared to work on his/her own initiative and be fully IT proficient.
