The international Greencity-Business convention, organized by the economic development agency of Seine-et-Marne was attended by companies from Ile-de-France, Europe and the Mediterranean basin on the site of the future Descartes Cluster, for a series of BtoB meetings on the theme "Designing and building the green city".
This event was taking place on 20 and 21 January 2011 alongside the international scientific symposium "Making the sustainable city, inventing a new form of urban living", organized by the Ministry for Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transport and Housing.
With Greencity Business, Seine-et-Marne Développement placed the sustainable city theme at the heart of the area’s economic development plan.
Companies actively committed to sustainable architecture, digital technologies, energy efficiency in construction, urban management, mobility or even renewable energies, had a great opportunity to approach potential partners for their projects through prearranged appointments.
Very active in its role as host and coordinator, Seine-et-Marne Développement’s aim here is to support small and medium-sized businesses and industry on the international market, guarantee them concrete follow-up of their projects and promote innovation in all its forms.
The business convention thus fostered technology transfer and commercial and industrial partnerships, and will develop expertise between market participants from Ile-de-France and their European and Mediterranean counterparts.
Greencity Business, organized at ESIEE Paris in partnership with local authorities, comed within the scope of a regional development policy. It was held on the site of the future Descartes Cluster, which the French state has adopted as a centre of excellence for the Grand Paris (Greater Paris) plan. One of the key challenges for this Cluster is to foster synergies between SMEs, large corporations and public-sector research around innovative programmes.
A web site specially created for the business convention ( www.greencity-business.com ) was dedicated to setting up BtoB meetings.
During the convention, the participants were able to discover several completed projects in connection with the green city, on the occasion of the Carrefour de la Recherche (Research Forum) organized in parallel by the Advancity competitive cluster. They were also able to attend one of the workshops of the international scientific symposium.

What differs the group from other companies is that it operates in a wide range of activities ; indeed, Tegamo focuses on all aspects of waste management (water, oil, emulsion, chips) within an industrial process. T herefore, Tegamo designs and proposes global and interconnected solutions considering the specific conditions of each production process and its elements . For every customer, the company carries out the detailed analysis of the process and proposes the best solution to handle with waste, including the identification of collection places and subsequent methods of treatment.
TEGAMO offers appropriate eco-solutions in the areas of:
ü Industrial Wastewater Treatment
ü Regeneration and Recycling of Cutting Emulsion
ü Metal Chip Management
ü Industrial Suction and Air Filtration
ü Oil Purification and Filtration
ü Industrial Facility Management
ü Total Waste Management
The company’s local market research has indicated the increasing interest among industrial companies in ecological solutions and confirmed the current worldwide orientation toward a growing importance of sustainable development and responsible environmental behaviour of producers in different sectors of industry. Thanks to its technologies and services, Tegamo Group is proud to contribute to this ecological trend and to fulfil one of its main values.
A team of experts focuses on new technological development and research, which enables Tegamo to be a specialist and equally valued partner for environmental issues. Not only Tegamo provides and installs modern, highly efficient and patented eco-technologies, but it also offers related environmental services, consulting and help for customers to meet ISO requirements and quality standards implementation.
At the time of rapidly increasing consumption and growing environmental threats, the goal of Tegamo is not only to offer the ecological waste liquidation but also re-use and return the material back to the industrial process. The firm’s unique and innovative solutions contribute to solving the ecological problems with hazardous waste disposal and thereby to the reduction of input raw material consumption and energy usage in industrial process, which at the end has an important impact to the decrease of costs.
Tegamo is specialist on costs reduction through made-to-measure eco-solutions and proposals. The company respects environmental standards of its customers and follow their existing process. Its proposition on outsourcing means that Tegamo overtakes the overall responsibility for service and allows the customer to focus only on its core business: the production process. The goal of Tegamo is not only to deliver technologies of the highest quality but also to cooperate with customers on a long term basis in the role of a partner for environmental solutions.
On the occasion of 5-day symposium “France Green Tech Thailand” held by the French Embassy and the French Development Agency last year, Tegamo made a presentation of its green solutions for waste management at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Center (CentralWorld).
About Tegamo Group:
Set up in Czech Republic, Tegamo Group has been serving the European industrial and recycling market since 1999, with independent branches in France, Slovakia, Poland and Thailand.
Tegamo follows its customers all over the world. As the company is aware of the importance of sustainable development and eco-solutions in rapidly developing countries such as Thailand, Tegamo started to expand to the South East Asia region since 2008. In 2010, the group successfully created the Thai branch, Tegamo (Thailand) Co. Ltd., which allows Tegamo to be closer to their clients in Thailand and surrounding countries.
Tegamo has successfully designed and implemented their solutions for Valeo, Denso, TI Automotive and many other international companies.

Marseille and Xiamen, November 1 st , 2010
NHEOLIS SAS, a provider of new dimension wind technology, today announced the successful launch of Zhangzhou NHEOLIS Technology.
A joint venture between Xiamen Kehua Hengsheng Co., Ltd and NHEOLIS SAS, Zhangzhou NHEOLIS Technology manufactures and distributes small and medium wind turbines. Existing models include the nheowind 3D 50 and nheowind 3D 100 , using NHEOLIS’ patented “Chistera” 3D Blades, for the global market.
NHEOLIS has faced a rapid increase in demand since winning the Gold EEP (European Environmental Press) Award early this year. To provide adequate production facilities, Zhangzhou NHEOLIS Technology has opened a new manufacturing centre in Fujian, China.
Based in France, NHEOLIS specializes in Small Wind Turbines (SWT). Its revolutionary design was developed using CNRS (French National Center for Scientific Research) wind tunnels. I n partnership with ONERA, the French Aerospace Lab, NHEOLIS used fluid dynamics to make wind energy both more efficient and reliable than ever before.
NHEOLIS’ disruptive technology drives its unique design, reaching performance, robustness and silence levels never before achieved in Small Wind Turbine, allowing installation in both urban and isolated areas.
