10 January 2012 — The French Trade Commission UBIFRANCE in the UK has launched a Twitter account, which will enable professionals, journalists, and other people interested in what we do to follow our activities in real time.
UBIFRANCE is France’s export-support agency, which assists French-based companies in their international development. In the UK, the French Trade Commission UBIFRANCE, which is based in Central London and comes under the French Embassy in the United Kingdom, helps French-based businesses expand into the British market.
We cover all markets and sectors, from engineering and transport to fashion and design, and from food & drink (including wine and champagne) to software, internet technology and other high-tech industries such as nuclear energy or eco-building.
UBIFRANCE also runs the VIE programme for the employment of young graduates from across the EU who are interested in working for a French-based company outside France (including British subsidiaries of French companies, in the UK).
The Press Office of the French Trade Commission UBIFRANCE in London issues press releases on an ongoing basis, organises press trips, and much more — all of this will be covered in real time on Twitter, with the assistance of Katherine Woods, press officer.
So, to follow the manifold and exciting activities of the French Trade Commission UBIFRANCE in the UK and the companies that we promote, please log on to https://twitter.com/ and follow us at @UBIFRANCE_UK.
Thank you
