UBIFRANCE showcases French leaders in nautical industry at the marine equipment 2013 trade Show – METS - in Amsterdam

UBIFRANCE, the French export-support agency, will present an array of leading companies during the METS – Marine equipment 2013 trade show, in Amsterdam (Holland), from 19 to 21 November 2013. The companies will be exhibiting on halls 1 & 4 as well as on hall elicium, in co-operation with the French Nautical Federation (FIN). The French nautical industry is one of the sectors in which France still enjoys leading global positions: in sailboats, inflatable boats and boardriding sports. It is also the second producer of outdoor craft and the world’s third largest producer of motorboats. It continues to make a positive contribution to the country’s balance of trade, with export levels up again in 2011/2012 to a record high of 67.8%. Le/la stagiaire, « Trade Development Assistant », contribuera à l’activité du Pôle Communication Presse – Promotion/Gestion du VIE d’UBIFRANCE Londres. Il/Elle travaillera en appui du responsable du pôle, de l’attachée de presse et du chef de projet en effectuant les tâches suivantes:  Prospection : gestion de la base de données des prospects, prospection par téléphone et par email, recherche et visites ponctuelles de salons professionnels (pour l’aspect PRESSE et VIE).  Communication : aide à la préparation et à la diffusion de communiqués de presse, actions de communication externe du bureau UBIFRANCE à Londres (élaboration de documents de présentation, etc.).  Tâches administratives/Presse : participation à la gestion des dossiers clients, mise à jour de données (coordonnées journalistes, demandes de lecteurs ou de journalistes)…  Gestion administrative/Programme VIE : Suivi administratif des dossiers/ personnels VIE au Royaume-Uni (réponse aux questions, mise à jour des fichiers…)  Veille : « clipping » (récupération des parutions sur magazines papiers) et recherche de parutions sur le web.
